AUTO REPAIR POLICY: All vehicles will be checked for issues by a Ontario Certified Automotive Service Technician, once the inspection is complete, a quote will be prepared and presented to the customer.  Upon and ONLY upon customer approval of work required, parts and pricing will any work be performed on your vehicle. DLH Auto Service, Inc. will also notify you as required if there is a change to the agreed upon price (i.e., another issue arises while making the repair).

ALL REPAIRS ARE UP TO THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE.  UNDER ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCE CAN DLH AUTO SERVICE, INC STATE THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE WITH A VEHICLE FOR SAFETY REASONS. DLH AUTO SERVICE, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION IF A VEHICLE IS DEEMED UNFIT FOR THE ROAD.

SUBCONTRACTS:  DLH Auto Service, Inc.  reserves the right to subcontract services and repairs that are not able to be completed in house (i.e., Alignments, E-tests, etc.) due to equipment restrictions.  All workmanship completed at other facilities will be checked by DLH Auto Service, Inc. before the customer is notified that the service is completed. DLH Auto Service, Inc. only uses facilities that they trust and that provide the same premium service that we provide to our customers.
